I will preface this review with a description of the items included in the set as it seems seriously mistaken that they are not included anywhere in the description of the item. Pans: 20cm or 8 inches and 28cm or 11.03 inches but probably counts as 12. This is a good size pan, big enough to be used as a frying pan. The larger pot has a vented glass lid. Both pans have rounded sides to give you more cooking space and are deep enough to use as a frying pan. The third pan is a 3 liter pot, also with a vented glass lid. well designed and well made. It distributes heat well, is easy to clean and is oven and dishwasher safe. metal tools too! The titanium non-stick coating is difficult to damage, which is very good. We're switching to an induction hob (and using an induction hob while we wait for delivery). We are replacing a 30-year-old tableware collection piece by piece. When my husband removed what didn't work with induction (most of it), my kitchen set looked like it had been thrown in a blender. Couldn't convince anyone not to use metal tools on a non-stick coating. I'm glad I don't have to worry about it anymore. It's also oven safe up to 500 degrees! Things a nonstick coating couldn't do before, and it does it well. Well made, versatile, almost indestructible cookware. Looks nice too. I have several Kun Rikon kitchen utensils. They are all simple, well-made tools. I just got to know their paraphernalia and am very impressed but not surprised.
