Our last cat, Eva, almost died after eating a mouse after taking prednisolone for 3 years which weakened her immune system and made her susceptible to toxoplasmosis. After finally being properly diagnosed and treated, the toxoplasmosis was eliminated, but she still had some problems. She had a problem: her triglycerides shot up to 1800!
