This meat injector has completely changed the way I cook. Injecting garlic and herb and spice solutions gives great flavor. I like to use it on chicken, but it's also great on pork loin and roasts. I am very happy that this is stainless steel and not cheap plastic, but still at a great price. It's easy to use and clean and is a fantastic addition to my cooking supplies.
