I opted for the free replacement and they were so kind and gave great customer service during my interactions with them. I received my replacement headphones very quickly and they work great! I'm so happy with my pair and the experience I had with them. Thus, I updated my review from 3 to 5 stars. I would highly recommend them! You can read my original review down below as well.When I first got these on Feb 3rd, I was so excited because i had booking for some headphones just like these. The pros are that they have the best battery life I've seen from any wireless headphones, thebability to use them when they're uncharged by using the aux cord, and the sound.The cons: one side of my earphones stopped working completely. I think something on the inside must have detached because I can hear something rattling about if I move my head. I was very sad about this because i truly loved these headphones. I used these earphones approximately 25 days before this happened.I dont know if I just got a bad one or not? Had this issue not arisen I would have most likely gave these 5 stars
