I love Turkish coffee and am very glad I bought this machine. I love Turkish coffee but found my glass cooker had an uneven temperature for ibrik/cezve and I hated standing and watching it simmer. I originally bought an Arzum Okka Turkish coffee machine for double the price and returned it as I liked this machine much better. This mini machine takes up very little desk space and is very easy to use and clean. It's portable in the sense that it can be easily removed from the counter, or if you just need a Turkish coffee while you're away you can take it with you. You just turn it on, pour in the water and coffee, press the button and in minutes you're done. I'm not really a big fan of "foam" but I know a lot of people care and I get a good lather with the machine. It takes a few minutes but when I'm not sitting and watching it really doesn't seem like it takes time and most importantly it makes delicious Turkish coffee. I like to drink mine from a regular coffee mug and when fully loaded it fills my regular coffee mug about 3/4 full. This machine has very few downsides. I think it's pricey for what you get and wish it was in the $60-$75 range, but if you love your Turkish coffee like I do then you'll think it's worth it. The cup that heats the coffee has a metal bottom but plastic walls. While I don't taste plastic in my coffee or even feel the plastic walls getting hot, I wish it wasn't so much plastic. I was more concerned about this upon first opening than after actual use. I wish there was a general on/off button so I can keep it connected to the network without having to keep it on all the time (although there is a button to activate the process). What annoys me the most, and I hope designers will read this, is that the max water supply line, which is printed on the inside of the jar to tell you how much water you can pour, is almost illegible and poorly marked . It should be easier to see in future versions. I mentioned that I liked it better than the Arzum Okka fully automatic Turkish coffee maker, which costs twice as much. This machine was a beautiful machine and I loved how it looked on my countertop, the Minio doesn't catch my eye. However, I had issues with the nicer machine, which always made the coffee appear grainy no matter how I tried to set it up. For me, coffee from Minio is much better. Also, I hate drinking from a cup of demitasse. I love a healthy portion of Turkish coffee and hate the tiny cup, and the fully automatic machine has a spout at a height below which my regular cups won't fit. I'm very glad I invested in Minio. The real question will be the durability of the product over time. I can't speak about it now, but I can definitely say that I'm otherwise very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.
