Review on 🚗 Spare Tire Hoist Spare Tire Winch Carrier for Dodge Ram 1500 (2002-2005) & Ram 2500/3500 (2003-2012) - Replaces OEM# 924-538 & 52020568AD by Russell Rabbach

After my factory lift cable broke a little over a year ago, this project was on my list. I finally managed to fix it and found this replacement. It appears to be better built and "heavier" than the factory stage. Super easy installation. Literally two bolts and a cotter pin. Pull the cotter pin on the bar that you attach the jack extensions to (to raise or lower the jack when receiving or changing a spare tire). Loosen the screws in the factory stage, remove the old one, put it back, and then screw the original screws back in. That's all.
