I honestly didn't know what to expect from this little speaker. When I first received it, my first impression was that it was much smaller than I expected. The packaging felt premium, so I wasn't overly concerned about the quality of the speaker. I opened the box and was immediately impressed with the build quality and design. I was able to easily connect this device in about 10 seconds and immediately went to Spotify to check the quality. If you can't tell from the picture (I couldn't), it's basically a bandpass box with a tiny subwoofer and full range speaker above it. It reminds me of Eclipse aluminum subwoofers crossed with flat PPI subwoofers. The surrounds are massive and the small subwoofer actually puts out great bass and you can watch the speaker move. It gets very noisy - my only complaint is that I couldn't hook up 2 packs together. I think it could compete with any of the big names. In short, it's absolutely amazing value for money. It has excellent build quality and great sound. Wouldn't hesitate to buy this if you were on the fence like me. I couldn't justify the price of the more expensive brands and that justifies my decision!
