Received and noticed scratches on the white case. Everything looks like scratches on an Apple computer charger and a white Android charger kept in and out of a backpack. This item is NOT NEW. In addition, the lightening microcompound shows signs of wear. This product never worked, I tried 3 different high quality HDMI cables and nothing matches this adapter exactly. A pointless waste of time. Unfortunately, I can get one for the same price as an actual certified apple.
