I like that they are very responsive when it comes time for support or questions about their products! They have been able solve any problems we've had with them quickly as well - which is great because there aren't many companies out here who can do this kind of thing right now (and even fewer in my area).

Their pricing structure seems fair considering how much you get from what package level; however if your looking at just one product then be prepared to pay more than others will charge otherwise look elsewhere but don’t go cheap either unless all 3 packages seem too expensive compared against each other so make sure before signing up. It's hard not having access to everything via splunkerite since its such an easy way to monitor things without needing constant alerts/notifications etc.; though i think most customers would prefer being alerted rather than relying solely upon monitoring through log files anyway.
