The product is made of thick metal

What I didn't like was how difficult it is to turn it the right way. I've thought about returning this tool because it was so difficult to get it working. I had to put a lot of pressure on the compression pads to keep them from dangling back and forth. (By comparison, the ratchet has to be depressed, but that's a lot worse) Using the tool I decided to keep it to myself. That it can work better after it's broken.
