On the official MI store, I purchased the phone in the form of a present for my wife to give to her. One of the reasons why the Poco X3 was selected is due to its high-quality camera, which is an essential feature of any contemporary smartphone. After three months, for no apparent reason, the main camera stopped focussing, and anything beyond one meter in photographs and movies appeared to be solid soap. A check on the internet revealed that Xiaomi has sufficient amounts of such difficulties, purportedly involving the lenses sticking. The phone was presented for inspection at the warranty center, where it was determined that you will need to wait up to 45 days for the replacement component. They have been answering calls saying that there are no spare parts and that you need to wait longer, and if there is not in 45 days, they will return the money. The phone has been in service for more than a month at this point. The bottom line is that I was without a phone for a month and a half, my finances were frozen, and I spent a significant amount of time traveling to and speaking with customer service. A well-known Chinese smartphone brand at this astronomically high price point.
