I was skeptical as several comments said the dough was sticky and a mess. Not true. I just did 250 and it's amazing. If your dough sticks, then it's too wet. I floured very well and then didn't flour at all, except for the dough when rolling. My dough didn't stick to it at all. No flour bowl required. I was concerned about the amount of filling, it won't be enough, but it's more than enough. I couldn't be happier with a new device that works really well and I got my period so quickly. I also use my pasta machine to quickly roll out the dough, that's the only way. Attention, the dough should not be thin. As suggested I made the bottom layer of dough a bit thicker than the top layer and don't press hard on the baking sheet tearing the bottom dough don't press hard. It's really easy. I've even used pie crust and made mini apple pies that I toasted to perfection. I did about 65 in an hour and a half, distracting myself from a two year old.
