We are not returning this product because it doesn't work, it's because it works too well. My 10 year old daughter says she hears the high pitched noise it makes and it hurts her ears. My elderly grandfather, who has hearing aids, said he fiddled with it and asked me to turn it off. He quickly removed his tools as soon as I turned them on, and that alone was amazing. If you have young children or an elderly person with a hearing aid living with you, I am sorry but this product is not for you. Kids under 16 can hear higher pitched sounds than adults, but I had no idea they were up to dog ears. Also, if my 10 year old's ears hurt, so do my poor dogs.
