Review on Karpevta Support Hardware Vertical Horizontal Furniture by Rachel Ellis

I bought this set because it was cheaper than other sets available although there were no reviews. I thought it was a new company trying to lure in users with a lower price. Received the kit and laid out the parts - and was confused that the fittings didn't exactly match those in the instructions. Then I found that the manual was for a queen bed (I ordered a full bed) and all the wood measurements were wrong. I have contacted the seller and have been emailing for a week trying to get the manual and video tutorial. You shared a Google Doc with me, but access was blocked. Excellent. So I went online to find out how this bed works and saw that the manual they sent was a copy of the Build-a-Bed kit. However, I already bought wood, so I was trying to get it working. Almost immediately I encountered a hardware problem. The pivot requires a 5/8 diameter, 1/2 inch deep hole, place the pivot pin in the hole and attach the pivot plate to the tree. EXCEPT THE SWIVEL LEG IS 3/4" LONG. The only way to attach the swivel base is to drill through the wood. It could probably still work, but I just don't trust this kit - I'll be returning it and the Buy original bed kit with rave reviews for the quality. What a piece of junk this set is and a waste of time to download. I hope others looking to save a few bucks on a set will find this review helpful and avoid this product.
