Distance and sensor issue

Temperature sensor not working properly during the day. It continuously issues Thales alerts 90% of the time. I've moved it several times and it still gives false signals. I live in Nevada which is hot so I don't know if that makes a difference. If there are problems in hotter climates, the manufacturer should inform their customers. It was very easy to install. It also worked great at night, but it should also work perfectly during the day. The 1/2 mile distance didn't work for me either. I only received a 600ft location line before it stopped registering.
