Review on RC Ultra Sharp Stainless Steel Julienne Peeler & Vegetable Peeler: Effortless Slicing and Dicing with Precision by Danielle Smith

I bought this about four months ago because of the reviews. I don't know what happened to all the other reviews but there were a lot of them and they were all positive. Maybe it was a different seller or something else Revine weird. Anyway, I've tried many cheap can openers and finally hit the jackpot with this one. It's slim, positive, all metal and very well machined to tight tolerances. Once you learn to hold it at the exact right angle, it simply glides during surgery - with very little pressure or resistance. This is the can opener you are looking for. You know, the one that doesn't break chewed on the can instead of opening it, or got a choke hold. I went back to buy another one because I'm an animal and broke my mom's cheap bottle opener and scared her. :) But soon she will be very happy because even with her 94 year old arthritic hands she will be able to use this knife - unlike the one I killed trying to force him into submission. :)
