I work at home. I get calls all day. This product is perfect. I think it's good that the headset has 2 ear pads. The padding material is great and lets your ears breathe. The headset is lightweight, doesn't hurt or itch your head after a long day. However, since it's light, I can see it breaking if I accidentally sit on it or something, so I'll be careful when you place it. The sound is very clear and you can adjust the sound with the numeric keypad. The microphone is great too. I've had nothing but positive compliments on the quality and clarity of my voice. The dialpad has all the great features like auto answer, mute, etc. Overall, the quality you get for the price of the device is fantastic. I would recommend.
