Easy to use and very light. Holds the hair pretty well and it's not too bad to snag if you tuck it in and carefully remove it by combing each clump of hair and removing it from the bottom up. Lots of videos! I have thick long hair and I usually use all large and medium hair as you have to be careful how much you put on each curler. The biggest problem are the clips. No where close enough is provided. I also do my mom's hair, she's 87 with thinning hair and we're still running out of bobby pins. There are about 12-13 clips and about 36 commercials. The clips are also too short and don't cover the width of the roller, often requiring you to brace the open side with a pin, making them difficult to remove and difficult to reattach.
