Fits snug and comfortable

This mask fits perfectly. The metal in the capsule works very well. The shape makes it easier to speak, as if a cloth mask touches the mouth. I've noticed my doctor uses them for meetings/consultations in his office. This is my mask for work and a rare social distancing event as I can talk and wear it comfortably or for a period of time. They retain moisture and heat, so I wouldn't recommend them for exercise.
