I'm not a bodybuilder by any means. But I need some extra protein and creatine to help me gain weight. Love the fact that tart cherries have been added for inflammation. I train 3-4 times a week. So I take 2 scoops today and 1 scoop this weekend. Mainly to save some money and on weekends I use other protein shakes. But anyway. It has two flavors: Chocolate and French Vanilla. I'm not a big fan of chocolate in general, but this is pretty good. Vanilla is disgusting. It will definitely help you build and add muscle mass. But I'm definitely holding on to water and getting a little bloated from it. Overall it's good value for money. I wouldn't use it if you're trying to lose weight. And the taste of chocolate is good.
