In general, the bag copes with its task. It holds the phone and provides easy access when you need it. I speak sensibly because the phone is a little tight in my pocket. Not bad, but getting it out of your pocket is a little problematic. Having used a similar pouch in the past, the pouch should loosen over time. However, I had problems with my cell phone when I accidentally activated an emergency call (911) in my pocket. So far I've mostly been able to "cancel" the call before it's actually made. I have an iPhone X with Otter Box and Symmetry Sleek Protection. When I squat like I'm helping the fire in our fireplace, clutching the suitcase to my belt usually triggers the emergency call. (Simultaneously press the button on the top right of the phone and one of the volume buttons on the left at the same time.) While I'm learning how to deal with this and how to cancel 911 calls before they arrive. Otherwise the bag does its job and everything is fine.
