I bought this for my newborn who had toxic erythema which was making his face dry and reddish. This helped alleviate the dryness while the condition cleared. I've also started using it on my face. I have sensitive skin (even Cetaphil is a gentle facial cleanser) and this moisturizer is just perfect. My skin absorbs it without irritation or greasy residue. It makes my face soft baby It doesn't smell, but strangely enough, when I first apply it to my face, I feel a pleasant sensation of coolness, but maybe it's just me. My only problem is that I would like a larger container to be available. After using the first one I bought a couple of times I bought two more for myself and my son.
