These are real work shoes! Worth the money to give my daughters good shoes for their growing feet. They gave me a used pair and wore them for a year. My daughter wore them for a year, then her little sister wore them for up to a year. That's right - THREE 4-year-old girls have each worn a pair of these shoes for an entire school year and my goodness, these shoes are still in style! The fingers are frayed and that's IT (and that's because my daughter once put them on a skateboard and ruined her fingers). I'm totally impressed. Without this experience I would never have paid so much for shoes. Last year I tried cheaper shoes and it was terrible, I had to change them several times. This year I ordered Hush Puppies without batting an eyelid. It's worth it!
