This set looked amazing at first sight. Nice tins and all nicely packed in a plastic container. Once you start making candles, you will see many downsides. First the oils leaked out of the packaging so it was an instant migraine when all the oils mixed. Second, the oils smell very commercial, and almost all smell the same. My favorite scents, eucalyptus and mint, smell like Listerine or mild ammonia. Disgusting! Worst of all, the soy wax itself has an unpleasant odor. I figured once the butter melted the smell would go away, but no. The smell of soy wax is still there and I can't stand it. I'm not sure if the wax is really old and improperly stored, but the smell hasn't gone away. I know the smell of the wax is not normal because I ended up ordering a professional wax and the wax has no smell. The candles came out nice, but they don't smell at all on the show.
