Review on Crisis Commander by Badpuppy Warton

Everbridge is great. The customer service is outstanding. I honestly don't have any downsides. I have only heard great things from other customers. Make sure you do your homework. Everbridge is great but make sure you know what you are getting into. Some of the features are more robust than others. We are solving a problem that we didn't even know we had. Everbridge is a great tool for our organization. I like that it is easy to use and has great customer service. I dislike that you have to pay for some of their services. It's a great program but very costly. We are using it to keep our employees informed and safe in the case of an emergency. We don't pay for a lot of stuff so this works out well. We also had used it before and we did not find it as helpful back then. This time around, we realized how much we actually use it.
