Brushrolls don't fit properly

Squeegee, side brushes and filters are great. However, the brush roll does not rotate properly and knocks inside the vacuum cleaner. One of the ends should not be holding the brush. I can't understand why. It looks just like the old brush. All new brushes have the same problem. When I put in an old non-robot brand brush, it rotates properly and no longer rattles.
