Not the best, but not the worst either.
Not easy to assemble and then I could only use both clothes rails for children's clothes. I wanted to be able to hang my tops, tunics and lace blouses on both poles, but I had to redo the whole thing and use only one pole to hang my best tops. Love the extra arms and the ability to put boleros and hats on the top shelf. Make sure you know where the extra arms need to be in relation to what's hanging, otherwise they'll just get in the way. Then you have to disassemble, reinstall and reassemble it. I also don't think 2 small pieces of plastic on each bar will hold much weight.
