I have a problem with my magenta cartridge. But at the time I didn't understand what kind of cartridge I assumed was only a magenta cartridge. They replaced the magenta cartridge and that took care of the horizontal stripes. Then I noticed that there was vertical distortion with every color, but not with black and white. Reported this issue to 5hem and they completely ignored it. So no! I would not recommend their products. I will not buy from them again. This should be avoided. I would give them a minus star if I could.
