Review on ⚡ Weego JSMT524 Marine & Auto Tether: 2-in-1 Jump & Charge for JS6 & JS12 by Patrick Locke

I have bought Weego jump starters for each of our sons and my husband. They all love the product but I'm disappointed with the warranty. It is assumed to be 18 months. Our son's starter charger melted during use. I contacted Revain because I had placed an extended order and was told to contact Weego directly. I only did this to get a long questionnaire on how it was used, what was charged etc. ect. I have completed the questionnaire to the best of my ability and returned it to Weego and nothing has been heard from Weego. So I immediately bought a replacement. I wasn't impressed with the customer service there. To add insult to injury, my husband's Weego wouldn't charge in January after it fell into the glove compartment of our truck after several charging attempts. I have contacted Weego and have not received a reply, I have sent emails and have not received a reply yet. I contacted Revain to intervene, which they did and confirmed I had purchased the extended warranty. Six months later still no response from Weego. I will never buy from Weego again.
