It was absolute rubbish. I've watched countless videos (including yours) with tips and tricks and how to shape them into your teeth and they didn't match my tooth shape. They are too fat and just awful. I've tried various ways including the recommended ones, dipping the same ones back in to try and improving their shape, trying new ones, using objects to press the tray into the shape of my teeth and getting them to seat my teeth better to shape, use hotter water, use colder water by cutting them off beforehand etc etc etc NOTHING WORKS. My poor gums :(! 1 star because it's made in the USA. I wish I could get my money back but haven't gotten around to trying them until recently. They're probably better as a mouthguard, but definitely not for whitening of the teeth where you need a good fit and contour of your teeth Too thick and just awful Not only have I spent money on them but now I have to spend more money for a different look and more time to waste.
