The bottom tube is the wrong size

The tube that the pinhole tube goes into is TOO BIG and this allowed the OT to slip into the bend and block the outlet. In this case, the refrigerant cannot leave the condenser, rendering the air conditioner unusable! Do not try to use an AC-Delco diaphragm with this capacitor, IT WILL NOT WORK!
