I love these. I ordered 2 sets. I couldn't get my kids to stop slamming doors and I was terrified of their fingers. They leave a 2 inch gap in the doors and cannot reach them from the top. It's a hard rubbery plastic. We have white painted doors and when they were removed they didn't strip the paint. I leave them on 24/7 now. I've even used on doors to keep my cat from closing. I will be ordering another set to cover all my bedroom doors. No more worries for this mother!
