I've had one for about 2 months now, the dirt container broke (vacuum cleaner no longer holds). Contacted Samsung directly, they will not replace. I have to ship it and they said it might take 90 days to look at it to see if it can be repaired. Terrible customer service, I love Samsung products. When my Dyson broke after many years, I wanted to go to Samsung. After 2 months and money spent. It's broken. It's weird that they won't replace it if it's under warranty. I sent him pictures and everything.
