The SBC is very easy to install and configure, and its functionality far exceeds my needs. It provides a good balance of features and ease of use. I have not found any features that are not useful and I can't think of anything I would change. The interface is intuitive and simple, but still allows for advanced configuration. We've been able to easily manage calls from our clients by using this software.We've solved the problem of having to have multiple phones at work in order to contact one another. At the office we now only need 1 phone.
Pros
- The SBC is easy to configure and use, and it's interface is simple and intuitive
Cons
- Sometimes the SBC crashes and it is difficult to restore it to its previous state
