Bought these hiking shoes on a friend's recommendation. They are very hard and bulky. I'm not used to wearing those heavy shoes, but I decided to give it a try anyway. You make me very uncomfortable. Which I think should be the extra cushioning in the ball of the foot, it actually feels like I'm walking on a big rock. When I first put them on, I walked a much shorter distance than my usual walks because they caused me so much pain. But I didn't want to give her up. Tried again a few days later, same thing. Even after I take them off, the ball of my foot hurts a lot. I wish I could return them but I've worn them outside twice so I don't think I can. Luckily, these aren't expensive shoes, but still a waste at $65.
