First off, the little pouch that comes with this belt is amazing. It's a very handy size with two zipper holes located on different sides so you can see exactly which section you're opening. If I wore molle workwear I would wear this sleeve every day. Two of my phones fit easily, one in the very handy outside pocket and the other in one of the zipped pockets. I don't think it will hold any of the oversized phones, but it will hold my regular iPhone 11 with no problem. When wearing a BDU, this strap is a pain in the back from having to wiggle it through every loop and when attaching something want on your belt, while struggling to get it through the belt loops it's even more of a hassle. The belt is not too tight, it is a buckle. If it was just a quarter inch thinner then it would be an amazing belt.
