I specifically wanted to buy a spa sleeve for gym use. So it had to be thin so it could be folded up and tucked into my gym bag. It folds into an 11 x 11 x 3 inch square. Also, I need something light and breathable so I don't constantly sweat in it after showering. The measurements are correct and the elastic at the top keeps it in place as my arms and hands are raised over my head to apply deodorant, apply makeup and style my hair. I'm 5ft 9" and it hits my knees and I wear a size 12. I'm so glad I chose this one based on the feedback from other reviewers in the first place.
