This was purchased in August so it has been less than a year since we have used it and not every day and today this horrible device decided to collapse with my son in the seat, jumping and banging laugh and have a great time. I've seen enough frustrations from you, Revain, as you are ultimately responsible for dealing with your vendors and providing quality to your customers, and may I add that most, if not all, of those who use this service earn a commission or pay a small fortune to be appeased and fooled into thinking you're getting something great when in reality we're just being ripped off! You've lost a customer and I'll definitely take care of it elsewhere.
