I had high hopes for this cape. The fabric is comfortable and light, cute, came quickly. However, I am returning it for three reasons (1) the neck is not adjustable. It's just "extensible". It is an elastic band and when fastened it fits snugly on my husband, 6ft, 170lbs, narrow neck. (2) The two ends of the rubber band must be closed with clips that fit into one another. However, both clips are built in the same direction, so you have to twist one side to close them, making the fit even tighter and very uncomfortable to wear. (3) There's very little coverage at the back - just two small, rounded patches that don't prevent hair from falling down a person's back. Very disappointed. The neck would probably fit a smaller woman or child just fine, but I can't get over how the clips were installed - either poor design or poor quality control.
