I did a lot of research on these garage/basement lights before purchasing. This product had much better reliability than others. Additionally, they're much more attractive cosmetically, with all panels coated in plastic rather than hard bars and dots. The fifth center panel is also an advantage, since the light not only shines obliquely over a distance, but you don't have to do without the equally important direct lighting downwards. I bought my original set a long time ago but have since bought new sets to give to friends and children who now have a home to decorate with. Every time they turn on the light and marvel at the brightness, they think of me and at minimal cost. For the price, the quality is simply unbeatable.
