I have used kitchen scales for many years and like them, but they are starting to wear out. I like its size, it's very functional and balanced. I really like that it doesn't have to be right in the middle to be balanced and not tip over. The size is good in that you can easily see the weight with a plate or other dish on it. It has a good amount of metering options. It took me a minute to figure out the tare/off button, it was quite touchy but still very comfortable. I like that I can wipe or wash a flat surface. Overall I'd say it's a good scale with a fairly thin profile that does its job well with no unnecessary frills.
