The EKSA was great when it worked. In the first two weeks with this headset I had no problems. It was comfortable, the sound quality was excellent and my colleagues commented on how clear I sounded during conferences/video calls. After the second week I noticed a drop in and out of tone. I've checked my connections, deleted the aux port, and tested other headsets with no issues. The funny thing about the sound issues is that sometimes I had to tilt my head at a certain angle to hear it, which is very strange. I haven't used this headset for over a month and only for s/gs I tried again and there is no sound at all.
