I don't know if these socks are the problem or if all football socks are hard to put on. But I had a hell of a time to put them on my daughter. She is 9 years old but they were definitely too heavy even for her so I had to help. Although the socks are very cute. She received many compliments from other girls in her time. Also, they have held up well. I may use them next football season even if I have to work really hard to put them on.
