I received two sets of grommets from this company and was delighted to add color matched grommets to a knit bag that took me many hours to make. I went through the photos to add the grommets and with just a few taps on my very first grommet, the fabric and grommets adhered to the spike protruding from the center of the die. The socket was crushed and my pocket stuck to the assembly tool. So disappointed because I now have to redo the entire top of my bag and I have a chewed up tool that my husband tried and couldn't separate from my bag.
