The control panel is super user friendly, it's very intuitive with no need for technical training or support staff required! Everything from managing WAF rules/filters can be done within this platform without being able to figure out how your network devices work internally (which makes me feel like an idiot). There are still some things that I have not figured out yet but we've had little issues so far which has been great! We're working towards getting rid of our VPNs and using only one connection instead - saving us money as well as time spent configuring software when needed! The cost savings alone will make up for any initial set back you may experience while learning all the different features available. At first glance if someone asked what product they should try before purchasing their own infrastructure solution my recommendation would definitely go here!!
