I was amazed by the packaging. It came in a nice box with all the accessories. It was easy to connect to my phone and the sound quality is really good. I have small ears so I'm a little (just a little) uncomfortable. But in the ears sits tight and does not fall. I love that it's completely wireless and I can listen to my favorite music without any problems. I love the fact that it automatically connects to my phone when I open the case. I'm still trying to see how long the batteries last so can't give it a 5 just yet. It is a highly recommended device.
