Review on CoolSand by Randy Perry

As someone who enjoys staying active, I was very curious to learn more about CoolSand, a business that promotes a sense of playfulness and originality among its clientele. Having to deal with them, however, was not a pleasant experience for me in any way. To begin, the website was difficult to traverse, and it took me some time to locate the item that I was searching for on the site. When I did eventually track it down, the sand-based toy I ended up buying was of such poor quality that I was extremely let down by my purchase. It was difficult to create anything that even remotely approximated what had been advertised because the sand was of poor quality and did not stick together very well. In addition, I tried to contact customer support to discuss my concerns, but I was met with service that was both slow and unhelpful when I did so. It seemed as though they did not place a high emphasis on attending to my concerns. As an athlete, I was equally underwhelmed by the limited selection of opportunities for physical exercise that CoolSand provided. They claim to have something for everyone, but the vast majority of their products are geared toward activities that require sitting for long periods of time, which is not what I was looking for. My time spent using CoolSand as a whole left me with an overwhelming sense of dissatisfaction and disappointment. Due to the low quality of their products and the subpar treatment of their customers, this business does not live up to the expectations it sets for itself. They did not provide an experience that was pleasurable or satisfying in any way, so I would not recommend them to anyone.
