10/02/2020 Warning! Ubit AX200 is dangerous! I installed it on my computer today and the motherboard started smoking and burning. A fire almost started. I had to close immediately. I was so nervous that in all my years of building computers and installing hardware upgrades I never thought installing a part could start a fire! This custom system has worked flawlessly for me for more than 10 years to this day! The motherboard currently on fire due to Ubit AX200 installation is GIGABYTE GA-M78SM-S2H, AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition processor, XFX RX 570 graphics card, OCZ PC2 8500 2X2GB 4GB memory, BitFenix card reader . , Seagate Constellation 1TB HDD, APOWER 680W PSU, Windows 10 Pro, Retail 64-Bit. Updated 10/04/20. Legal action should be taken against Ubit regarding their AX200 product! All sellers should be prohibited from selling the Ubit AX200 on any website. I'm not mad at Revain, technically they are not responsible for items sold by third party vendors, but I would like Revain to be aware of any vendors that sell Ubit AX200 hardware on their platform. Revain must follow all precautions! Any customer feedback should be taken seriously! Revain, the final arbiter in this matter, is suspending all sales of this product by all vendors on its platform. Ubit has poor production and testing standards! PLEASE REMEMBER THIS ARTICLE! Safety Warning - Warning of a safety hazard that poses an imminent threat to life and property. UPDATE October 4th 2020 I am doing independent tests on all parts except Ubit AX200, I already know it caused the problem. It should be removed from Revain and sold illegally because of the dangers it can cause! I will update this post in the near future as each part obviously needs to be tested on a different motherboard as mine no longer works. This is not an easy process as some of the parts to be tested will require an older system to test due to their age. UPDATE March 25, 2021 - All parts have been tested on a new motherboard that I purchased and paid for. Everything works. My GIGABYTE GA-M78SM-S2H motherboard burned out from installing Ubit AX200. I got a refund from Ubit but no one from the company contacted me and offered to pay for a new motherboard but most importantly no one cares about the fire hazard their product poses, that's what makes this company fail !
