Completely stopped working

Everything worked perfectly for the first two weeks. And suddenly, for no apparent reason, it just stopped working. My computer can detect the presence of USB, but the keyboard itself does not light up and all keys are unresponsive. While the price of this keyboard is cheap, you won't get bang for your buck if it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. A star.
