Review on Rudyness by George Mack

Review: I'm sorry to say this, but my time spent with Rudyness was not a positive one. Their website is user-friendly, and they have a wide variety of products to choose from, but the quality of their customer support was severely lacking. I had some issues with my order, and the staff was not very responsive or helpful when I had concerns. The fact that my worries were dismissed bothered me. It was also upsetting that shipping took longer than promised. When they did come, the components did not match the online description nor did they work with my car. After my disappointing experience with Rudyness, I would not suggest them to anyone. It's risky to buy car parts from them despite their low prices and wide variety of options because of their poor customer service and misleading product descriptions.
